Last Friday, the family of Terance Calhoun was shocked, confused and saddened when they learned the hearing to exonerate him had been delayed.

A Detroit man in prison for 15 years for kidnapping and sexual assault has been cleared of the crimes.

An exoneration hearing will be held Wednesday afternoon for a Detroit man who was found to be innocent on charges he was convicted of 15 years ago.

On Friday, the cop tried to talk to Judge Kelly Ramsey in court, saying he had new evidence against Terance Calhoun, who was serving time for two sexual assault cases dating back to the mid 2000s.

Family who traveled to Southeast Michigan to celebrate the release of a man imprisoned for someone else’s crimes said they were shocked and saddened to find the hearing was delayed.
