It’s almost the end of the year which means New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Eve parties are right around the corner.

The Ann Arbor area housing nonprofit will host the ticketed fundraiser at The Circ Bar, 210 S. 1st St, between 6-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 22.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – After closing in March, The Circ Bar in downtown Ann Arbor is officially reopening this weekend with a new outdoor space and mural. “What we realized was that we needed a lot more outdoor space that previously we just didn’t have,” Ahn said. Alternative indie band Models + Architects will perform on Friday, while The Circ Bar regular Camila Ballario will perform on Saturday. The patio space and roof-deck bar will open from 4-11 p.m., Thursdays through Saturdays. The rest of The Circ Bar, including its indoor spaces and kitchen, will remain closed.

Created by Krazieye Productions, the company behind The Circ Bar, the new Circ Cares initiative allows nonprofits to use The Circ Bar as a venue space for free. Through Circ Cares, The Circ Bar will offer nonprofits support and services, including its venue space capable of hosting up to 550 people, two bars, a lounge, The Circ Bar rooftop deck, social media marketing, negotiable catering as well as staff and security, among other services.
