From 2-4:30 p.m., participants will meet some of the women who riveted and welded during wartime at The Newtown of Ypsilanti.

Get a peek inside The Newton of Ypsilanti and learn about its upcoming events at its open house on Feb. 9.

Built in the 1870s, the historic house has three guest rooms, four large gathering spaces for community events and a 1700s-styled tavern.
