Monroe police arrested one person for attempted murder after a man was cut in the neck with an “edged weapon,” they said.

A portion of I-94 will be closed this weekend in Downtown Detroit as MDOT works to replaces an overpass.

Police are searching for 47-year-old Antrone Richardson, who was last seen on July 1.

Westbound vehicle traffic on Washington Street traveling towards First Street will be detoured southbound on Main Street, westbound on Liberty Street, then northbound on Third Street back to Washington Street.

Westbound traffic will be detoured southbound on Main Street to westbound on Liberty Street to northbound on Third Street to Washington. Eastbound traffic will be detoured southbound on Third Street to eastbound on Liberty Street to northbound on Ashley Street to Washington Street. Northbound traffic will be detoured to eastbound Pauline Boulevard, then northbound West Stadium Boulevard, then westbound West Liberty Street, back to South Maple Road. Southbound South Maple Road traffic will be detoured to eastbound West Liberty Street, then southbound West Stadium Boulevard, then westbound Pauline Boulevard, back to South Maple Road.
