DETROIT – Police are searching for 47-year-old Tosha Washington who was last seen on Dec. 28. Detroit police said Washington was last seen at about noon in the 14600 block of Cherrylawn Street. It was reported that she left in a 2002 burgundy Chevy Trailblazer to go to the store. Police said the vehicle has damage on the front passenger-side bumper and black tape on the passenger-side mirror.
