Police said the suspect opened fire, striking a 15-year-old boy, a 25-year-old man and a 29-year-old man.

Police said it happened near the intersection of Boston Boulevard and Ostego Street, by a football field where children were playing.

DETROIT – Police are investigating a Friday morning shooting that injured two men and killed a woman. A 26-year-old man and a 31-year-man are expected to survive, but a 27-year-old woman was killed. Police said the suspected gunman got into a black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van Limo, which went eastbound on McNichols Road and then south on the Southfield Service Drive.
