A 9-year-old girl was found wandering near Trojan and Berg roads wearing nothing but a blanket. A neighbor who Local 4 News is not identifying saw her and knew something was very wrong.

DETROIT – Police are searching for 15-year-old Alexxis Tinch who was last seen Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. after being dropped off in the area of Evergreen Road and Trojan Street. Tinch’s family members say she was not home that evening when they returned from work. This was troubling to them because the teen normally comes straight home after school, according to police. Tinch is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has dark skin and brown eyes and auburn colored box braids, according to police. She was last seen wearing a white Polo T-shirt, blue jean jacket and khaki pants, according to Detroit police.
