The child’s mother was arrested. Detroit police said that at about 7:46 p.m., the mother was allegedly in a dispute with a neighbor over a food delivery mix-up. The neighbor allegedly pulled out a hammer, and the mother -- a CPL holder -- pulled out a gun and fired shots. You can watch the report in the video posted above.
