Shootout with policeBlakes was located at his home in the Harbours Apartments in Clinton Township, police said. Macomb County deputies and Clinton Township officers said Blakes fired shots at them from inside his apartment. Nobody was injured, but an unoccupied Clinton Township squad car was struck, police said. He was arraigned Thursday at 41-B District Court in Clinton Township and is being held in lieu of $200,000 bail.
