Two people were killed and two others were injured when an SUV crossed the center line of a Macomb County road and crashed head-on into a car, police said.

A 17-year-old boy is facing several charges, including murder, after allegedly stealing a vehicle and crashing it in Sterling Heights, killing a 20-year-old woman.

”Not only did a 20-year-old lose her life, there were two other people in another vehicle that were injured,” said Sterling Heights police Lt. Mario Bastianelli. “Could those people have lost their lives? That vehicle was traveling over 100 miles an hour, it’s a missile going down the road. It’s unnecessary. All for what? A stolen vehicle?
