Police said the driver of the Sedan was traveling northbound when they turned left and continued westbound on Nine Mile Road. The moped driver was taken to a hospital and treated for broken bones and lacerations. The red Sedan is described as missing a passenger side window and possibly having damage along the passenger side. Three police vehicles were heading south on Hoover on an emergency run. As they got to the intersection, an SUV was trying to make the light on 7 Mile Road when the vehicles collided. A woman in another vehicle was also hit. The woman, who was hit, hurt her ankle but is going to be OK.Watch the video above for the full report

Police said the 2-year-old and her 22-year-old mother are listed in critical and stable condition respectively. The person, who was driving a 16-wheel semi, is also listed in critical condition. A preliminary investigation indicated the girls mother was driving an orange Dodge Charger traveling east on Davison when she collided with the semi as it traveled west.
