They will offer three, one-hour time slots for private groups of up to six people or individuals to reserve the museum. The offer runs through January and February and could potentially expand into March. Time slots are available at 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.You will be able to explore the galleries and the museum shop. Staff will be onsite to provide an overview of the current exhibitions but otherwise interactions will be limited.

An individual who went to the Meade Fitness Center in Grosse Pointe Park during the week of Dec. 28-30 tested positive for the virus, according to authorities. Anyone who was at the Meade Fitness Center that week is being contacted about their possible exposure to COVID-19. The Lavins Activity Center is being closed from Tuesday (Jan. 5) until 7 a.m. Monday (Jan. 11), the business announced. Staff members will be tested for COVID-19, and the building will be sanitized and deep cleaned, the announcement says.
