Indianapolis will host the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse next July.

As the WNBA tips off the second half of its season, add expansion to the list of topics on the minds of players and the league.

The 2024 WNBA All-Star Game is headed to Phoenix, setting up as a home game for Brittney Griner and Diana Taurasi and a sendoff to the U.S. Olympic women's basketball team.

A’ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart and the rest of the WNBA All-Stars lined up along the sideline after halftime, the No. 42 and the name Griner on the back of all of their jerseys.

The WNBA recently announced that All-Star 2022 will be played in Chicago at the Wintrust Arena, home of the defending WNBA Champion Chicago Sky, on July 10.

The game will not only be a place where you can see the league’s best but it also a celebratory send-off of the WNBA players who will compete in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, as the women from the WNBA will face those going to the Olympics.

For the Dream, Tiffany Hayes, Renee Montgomery and Elizabeth Williams must preform well in order for the Atlanta squad to get a win. For the Fever, they will need Erica Wheeler, Candice Dupree and Kelsey Mitchell to preform but they must be efficient. They must shoot better than 27 percent which is less than average for a WNBA team.

The Three Point Contest (Friday, 7 p.m. EST)Allie Quigley of the Chicago Sky is the two-time reigning Three-Point Contest champion, having won the event at the 2018 All-Star Game in Minneapolis and the 2017 All-Star Game in Seattle. She will be joined this year by Las Vegas Aces guard Kayla McBride, Los Angeles Sparks guard Chelsea Gray, New York Liberty guard Kia Nurse, Connecticut Sun guard/forward Shekinna Stricklen and Indiana Fever guard Erica Wheeler. The Skills Challenge (Friday, following three-point contest)In the Skills Challenge, there will be seven players who will be competing against Brittany Griner of the Phoenix Mercury.
