Police in southern India have detained a man for his alleged involvement in setting off explosives that killed at least three people and wounded 50 more at a Jehovah's Witness gathering.

The witness told Local 4 both were arrested without incident. But 11 and a half hours later, Slater was found unresponsive in a holding cell at the Harper Woods Department of Public Safety.
