The Climate Prediction Center’s eight to 14-day temperature outlook keeps portions of the Great Lakes, including Michigan, and a trend for above-average temperatures.

After lots of sunshine and seasonable temperatures throughout Tuesday, dry weather is forecast for the middle of the week before our next chance of rain moves in by the time we look ahead to the second half of the week.

Clear skies and cold temperatures are expected, with patchy frost. After some sunshine and more fall-like temperatures throughout the day on Thursday, we’ve got a wet end of the week, with rain showers moving across the region.

With below average temperatures the last few days, we will go above average looking ahead into the weekend
