According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, more than three miles of Gratiot Avenue in Roseville will be rebuilt. Construction will focus on the stretch between 11 Mile and Common roads in 2021 and is expected to work between Common and 14 Mile roads in 2022. On the northbound side, the left lane will be closed from Frazho to Common roads and on the southbound side, the left lane will be closed from Common to 11 Mile roads. Forty-eight-year-old Deanna Tranchmontagne is charged with one count of having a dangerous animal causing serious injury -- a four-year felony. Two dogs -- a 60 pound pit bull and a 120 pound pit bill -- charged at a 45-year-old woman and her dog named Bella. The woman was bitten on her legs. Roseville detectives identified the dogs, which lived nearby, and they were surrendered Thursday.

Sometime after 6 p.m. on Monday, Mark Billings drove up Kathy Street in Roseville and turned left on Frazho Road, heading to a grocery store he frequently visits. Help my dog,’” Billings said. Daniel Scott Bunn was last seen around 1 p.m. on Tuesday at his residence near Frazho and Kelly roads. Bunn is described as standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds and having brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, police said. Bunns family members say the man is depressed and they are concerned for his welfare, police report.
