UPDATE: North Carolina man charged in crash that killed 4-year-old daughter in Livingston CountyAccording to authorities, the manโs 33-year-old wife, 8-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter were passengers in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Police say the 4-year-old girl was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and died at the scene. The driver, his wife and 8-year-old son were removed from the vehicle by emergency personnel and taken to the hospital for their injuries. Officials with the Livingston County Sheriffโs Office believe that excessive speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.
