Bobby Ferguson was wearing a brown pinstripe suit with leather collar and sleeves, white shirt and brown striped tie. He spent nearly two hours laying out the eight count case against Ferguson, Ferguson Construction, XCell Construction [a company Ferguson founded], another company A&F Environmental and two men, co-defendants Michael Woodhouse and Calvin Hall. He said Bobby Ferguson declared every dime he made on his tax returns. He said there is the claim Kwame Kilpatrick intervened to make sure "his buddy Bobby Ferguson got paid!"
