A man with an alleged history of sexually assaulting women was given a $500 bond after reportedly sexually assaulting a woman.

Police said she was released after posting $500 bond after reportedly hitting multiple parked cars, ramming police cruisers, and driving at pedestrians and through backyards in an effort to escape officers.

A man was arrested in Macomb County for exposing himself inappropriately to Target customers, police said.

A contractor refused to start construction on an in-ground pool or refund the money of a Shelby Township woman who paid him $60,000 up front for the job, police said.

A motorcyclist who drivers have been complaining about for weeks gave a Shelby Township officer the middle finger before speeding away, police said.

Officials said Kanwarbir Malhi, 25, was in a stolen car, ignored commands, said he had a gun and made violent gestures. The man has been identified as 25-year-old Kanwarbir Malhi, of Shelby Township. The Sheriff's Office said in statement that Malhi was an Asian/Indian man. Shelby Township police say as a result of the man's noncompliance, an officer fired his weapon to stop the man's "aggressive action."
