DETROIT – A large hole in the southbound lanes of the Interstate 75 Rouge River Bridge in Detroit had Wayne County road crews busy with repairs on Wednesday.
The hole was in the bridge deck and had to be cleaned out with a jackhammer before it could be set for new concrete, according to Michigan Department of Transportation spokeswoman Diane Cross.
