The closure affects all directions of  I-94 between I-96 to M-10 (Lodge Freeway), MDOT said. Both the exit and entrance of the Trumbull Avenue eastbound ramps on I-94 will continue to be closed until the final completion of the project.

The construction for the new Trumbull Avenue overpass has been ongoing since it was demolished in March, and is expected to be completed by October 2016.

The M-10 ramps to westbound I-94 will remain closed throughout July, and are expected to reopen in sometime in September.
