Here's the weekend road closures:
I-696: The eastbound lanes of I-696 will be closed from I-275 to Orchard Lake Road. The closure will begin Friday at 9 p.m. and continue until Monday at 5 a.m. Ramps that lead onto eastbound I-696 from both direction of M-5 will be closed during this time as well.

M-5: The ramp from westbound M-5 to northbound M-5 will be closed starting Friday at 9 p.m. and reopening Saturday at 9 p.m.
M-5: The ramp from west M-5 to east I-696 will be closed Friday at 9 p.m. and will last until Aug. 15.
M-5: Eastbound M-5 to I-696 will be closed Friday at 9 p.m. and will last until Aug. 15.
M-5: Westbound M-5 from Grand River Avenue to eastbound I-696 will be closed Friday at 9 p.m. and reopen Monday at 5 a.m.
M-5: Expect single and double lane closures on east and westbound M-5 from I-96 to Grand River Avenue for bridge work.
I-275: The northbound lanes of I-275 are closed and expected to reopen in September.
