A vehicle crash caused traffic to be backed up Monday night in a construction zone on southbound Interstate 75 at Nine Mile Road.
Officials said the minivan lost control and was wedged between the construction walls, blocking the two southbound lanes.
Police are investigating the crash.
According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, the lanes have reopened.
