TROY, Mich. – Both directions of Maple Road will close this weekend under I-75 in Oakland County for bridge work, officials said.
The closure is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Sunday and end by 5 p.m. Sunday, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.

I-75 will not be affected by the closure, MDOT officials said.
Eastbound drivers will be detoured north on Stephenson Highway, to Rochester Road, to Big Beaver Road, to John R Road and back to Maple Road, according to MDOT.
Westbound drivers will be detoured north on John R Road, to Big Beaver Road, to Rochester Road, to Stephenson Highway and back to Maple Road, officials said.
