Go 4 It: Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network trains Local 4 staff
The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network provided Narcan training to Local 4 staff, educating them on recognizing opioid overdoses and administering the life-saving medication. The training highlighted the rising opioid overdose crisis and the importance of equipping everyone with Narcan knowledge. Participants received free rescue bags containing Narcan doses, and a community training session is scheduled for September 24th at Wayne County Community College, where attendees can also donate hygiene items for Mariner’s Inn.
