The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) provides essential utility assistance to families in crisis, ensuring they can maintain heat, electricity, and water during harsh winter months. The program supports vulnerable groups, including children, seniors, and veterans, and offers wrap-around services to help recipients achieve financial stability. Last fiscal year, THAW contributed $8.6 million to assist 11,000 homes.
