Growing sinkhole disrupts neighborhood on Detroit's east side

A large and growing sinkhole in Detroit is causing significant problems for the McCloud family. Since 2018, the sinkhole has expanded to the point where they cannot use their garage and are increasingly concerned about a nearby pole. The sinkhole is located about a half-mile north of Hoover and McNichols on the east side. The issue, which started small, has progressively worsened over time.
