'The embrace': Martin Luther King Jr. memorial unveiled in Boston
It's been more than five years in the making, but just in time for Monday's observance of MLK Day as history was made in Boston. The 22-foot bronze sculpture known as The Embrace was unveiled; It's based on the photo of Dr. King and his wife, Coretta Scott King, taken just moments after he won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964. Dignitaries from around Massachusetts joined the king family for the unveiling on the Boston common.
