Police join forces to keep public safe during Mackinac boat race in Port Huron

Port Huron becomes the center of the sail boating universe this week as the great Mackinac boat race launches this weekend. Tens of thousands of people are expected to swell the community's population on both land and water. Local law enforcement agencies have joined forces to keep the public safe.
