Melvindale Mayor Nicole Shkira talks arrest of Michael Lopez

Officials say they have arrested Michael Lopez, the man who shot and killed Melvindale police officer Mohamed Said. Melvindale Mayor Nicole Shkira says the man was arrested on Monday (July 22) in the area of Livernois Avenue and Otis Street.
