Neighborhood Wellness Centers to offer free health screenings for Detroit residents

The City of Detroit is launching Neighborhood Wellness Centers at seven church sites, in collaboration with the Detroit Health Department and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, to provide community-based health and wellness screenings.
