Autopsy reveals no water in Brendan Santo's lungs

Nearly three years ago, Grand Valley State student Brendan Santo went missing while visiting friends at Michigan State University, and his body was found 84 days later in the Red Cedar River. Although the medical examiner ruled his death as drowning, inconsistencies in the autopsy, such as the absence of water in his lungs and stomach, have raised significant doubts. Other medical examiners suggest Brendan could have been dead before being placed in the water, prompting his parents, Brad and Wendy Santo, to call for the case to be reopened. New information, including a phone ping after his supposed time of death and discrepancies about his clothing, further complicates the case.
