Auto industry expert discusses UAW, Ford deal to avoid strike and Stellantis layoffs

A deal was made to avoid a strike between UAW workers and Ford's Rouge tool and die plant. According to the union, the deal strengthens job security by protecting against the impacts of advancements in 3D printing.
