Ex-Detroit Riverfront CFO to plead guilty

The former CFO of the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy is facing a judge on Nov. 15, 2024. William Smith is accused of stealing millions of dollars from the conservancy. He is expected to plead guilty on Friday.
