Here is Meteorologist Brandon Roux's forecast for Wednesday:
Instead of a wintry mix, this will be plain rain which will be very light and spotty through the early morning, and heavier showers late morning through your afternoon. Morning lows are near 40 degrees and warming while afternoon highs will range from 45 to 50 degrees even with the clouds and rain moving through ahead of a cold front.
Winds will start cranking today SSW 7-17 mph gusting over 20 mph at times. Expect the bulk of our rain between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. but showers could linger through the evening drive. Another wave of wet weather behind the front comes through late tonight or overnight bringing a few rain and snow showers. It could be slick early Thursday.
