The National Weather Service has confirmed a weak tornado touched down in Roscommon County on Wednesday afternoon.
The NWS damage survey found “numerous” trees or large tree limbs that were snapped, and recorded an eyewitness report of counter clockwise circulation and debris.

The tornado is considered to be on the weakest side of the Fujita scale, an EF0, ranging from 65 to 85 mph.
There are no reports of any injuries.
