More disruptive weather arrives Tuesday afternoon, in the form of showers and storms. After that, sunshine returns by Cinco de Mayo, on Thursday.

Monday

Monday remains mostly cloudy and cool. Afternoon temperatures will be in the 50s.

If any sun peaks through the clouds, the thermometer may hit 60°, or just a bit more. Fortunately, it remains dry for commuters during the ride home and for running any errands.

Monday evening will be mainly cloudy and cool. Temperatures will be in the low 50s.

Monday night will be cloudy and chilly. Temps fall to the upper 40s. Scattered rain showers arrive by dawn.

Sunshine returns for Mother’s Day weekend. Saturday and Sunday will be partly to mostly sunny. Highs will be near 60° on Saturday. Mother’s Day, Sunday, will have highs in the low 60s to near 65°.
