Here’s the latest from 4Warn Weather’s Ashlee Baracy: Even milder air moves into the region on Christmas Eve on Sunday, with highs near 50 degrees. Highs will stay in the low 50s on Christmas Day. It will feel more spring-like for the holiday.
There is a chance we’ll see rain on Christmas Day, but it’s likely our region won’t see that moisture until the evening -- possibly even past midnight.
Christmas rain showers are possible earlier in the day for those on the western, northern and southern edges of the Lower Peninsula.
