Thursday highs in upper 20s; Friday high’s in lower 20s

The temptation to crawl back under the covers Thursday morning will be pretty strong as it will be yet another blustery, cold winter day! (WDIV)

4Warn Weather – The temptation to crawl back under the covers Thursday morning will be pretty strong as it will be yet another blustery, cold winter day!

Snow arrives between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. and will quickly put a slick coating on the roads.

While we won’t have the dangerous wind chills, temperatures will be well below freezing at around 15 degrees.

Salt does not work efficiently in these conditions, so the roads will likely be quite slippery.

Snow ends around 12 p.m., but the cold weather continues with a high of 26 degrees.

Friday

Another round of snow could add an inch or two of accumulation on Friday morning.

Saturday

The bitter cold returns Saturday morning, with wind chills back to around -20 below zero.
