- The NOAA 8-14 day outlook shows 30-40% chance for below normal temperatures across Lower Michigan. There’s a higher chance for below average temperatures across the U.S. South and East Coast regions.

Michigan precipitation outlook for next 8-14 days
- The NOAA 8-14 day outlook shows a 33-40% probability that Michigan will see below average precipitation in the Feb. 15-21 timeframe. Much of the Southwest U.S. has a high chance to see above average rain.
