High pressure to bring dry and sunny conditions through the afternoon with highs much like yesterday, in the low 40s.
Winds will be light and variable, so overall a pleasant day for February across Metro Detroit. A storm system will bypass our region to the south tonight.

Snow chances later this week
Cooler air then fills in tomorrow, bringing the chance for light lake effect snow showers across the Thumb and into Port Huron. Dry again Wednesday with sunshine making a comeback.
The next best chance for rain or snow arrives Thursday.
Accumulating snow will be possible on Thursday, pending where the rain/snow line sets up. Turning cooler and drier on Friday with another chance for snow on Saturday.
