4Warn Weather – The widespread snow is lifting north this afternoon as advertised, but we’re not done as a little bit more is expected the rest of today.
Now through about 7 p.m. we’re looking for more dry time, with a few light snow showers of flurries possible. This should be of little impact.
Scattered snow showers return at about 7 p.m. and last until around 11 p.m. or midnight, then we dry out overnight.
Up to another inch is possible in spots, with higher totals further north towards I-69.
Weekend forecast
Upper 30s and lower 40s are where highs will land this weekend, but the first half of next week we’re warming into the middle 50s. The second half of next week is still mild, with highs near 50 degrees.
We are on track for rain to return in the first part of next week, with still some uncertainty on the timing. Models are leaning towards it being a Tuesday event, but can’t rule out a few showers lingering into Wednesday morning.
