4Warn Weather – We’ve got a milder but windier Monday in store. Tuesday will follow with rain and storms, and then we’ll cool back off closer to average temperatures for the middle of the week.
Temperatures begin in the 30s on Monday with highs inching close to 60 degrees.
Skies will me mostly cloudy. Winds will pick up throughout the day with gusts around 25 mph.

Rain, storm chances Tuesday
Periods of rain are likely throughout much of Tuesday, with chances for a few thunderstorms later in the day.
The first round of rain will be steadier and more widespread starting in the early morning. Wind gusts are expected to exceed 35 mph on Tuesday morning.
The second wave of rain will bring the potential for a few embedded thunderstorms. Isolated wind gusts up to 60 mph are possible during the stronger storms later in the day (between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.).
Slightly lower temps Wednesday
We’ll then cool off to more seasonal highs in the upper 40s on Wednesday. We’ll welcome back the low to mid-50s by the end of the week.
Easter weekend forecast
Plan for sunshine on Good Friday and a chance for rain Saturday.
As of right now, it looks like the Easter egg hunts should be dry on Easter Sunday, but with more clouds than sun.

Nationally, a significant winter storm will continue to bring heavy snow, strong winds and blizzard conditions to the Plains and upper Midwest through Tuesday morning. Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are forecast to develop over the mid-South and lower Mississippi Valley Monday afternoon and evening.
