Here is the timeline:

Midnight to 8 a.m.

Scattered showers.

8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

We will dry out and get some sunshine. The more sun we have the more unstable the atmosphere will become. This will lead to the possibility of stronger storms.

A line of strong to severe storms will move through most of Metro Detroit. Wind gusts over 60mph, large hail, and isolated tornadoes are the main threats.

Stay informed and prepared for Wednesday’s severe weather by joining us tonight at 11 p.m. for more detailed updates.
