4Warn Weather – After a warm and breezy day with sunshine throughout Wednesday, showers and thunderstorms will likely roll into the region by the end of the week.
Thursday
As we move into Thursday, the breezy winds of Wednesday are expected to calm down overnight and early in the morning. The forecast for Thursday includes a mix of sunshine and clouds, with high temperatures gradually climbing to the lower 70s by the afternoon.
Friday
On Friday, we anticipate the return of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
While there might be a few showers in the early morning, the bulk of the moisture is expected to arrive in the afternoon and continue into the evening. High temperatures are projected to reach the upper 70s by Friday afternoon.
Weekend forecast
With some moisture sticking around looking ahead into the weekend, we are going to keep the chance of a few showers in the forecast on both Saturday and Sunday, but it does not look like it will be a washout. High temperatures will remain in the 70s both Saturday and Sunday, with morning lows into the mid- to upper 50s.
Next week
While we keep the cloud cover with dry weather to start the week on Monday, chances for showers and thunderstorms roll back into the forecast again next Tuesday and Wednesday. The above-average temperatures continue both days, with high temperatures into the upper 70s on Tuesday and then dropping into the middle 70s by Wednesday.
