4Warn Weather – We’ll have a warm and mostly mild Thursday across Southeast Michigan.
Temperatures begin Thursday in the 50s. Highs will warm up into the mid-70s this afternoon, marking another day with above-average temperatures.
Expect a mix of clear and partly cloudy skies today.
Tonight’s sunset is at 8:49 p.m.
There’s a slight chance of one or two isolated showers in the afternoon and early evening. However, these will be few and far between, and most of us will enjoy a dry day.
Rain chances increase Friday
Friday offers a better chance for more widespread rain.
Showers are expected throughout the morning and afternoon. Rain is expected to be widespread starting late Friday morning, and it’ll last through the evening.
While a rumble of thunder can’t be ruled out, no severe weather is anticipated.
Rain this weekend
As we head into the weekend, the chance for rain looks pretty slim to none.
The real excitement deals with the warming trend, with temperatures expected to climb close to 80 degrees by Sunday.
More rain next week
The early part of next week will feature more rain chances on Monday, Tuesday, and even Wednesday morning. However, long-range data hasn’t yet honed in on the exact timing, so fine-tuning will be needed in this part of the forecast.
Stay tuned over the next few days for more details.
