4Warn Weather – After a very pleasant couple of days to end the workweek, we’re looking ahead to a weekend with some rain.
For the rest of Friday, everything will be quiet weather-wise. Temperatures drop into the middle 50s with clouds on the increase, but it will be a dry night.
We start the weekend off dry but with more clouds. Things change though as we head later in the afternoon and evening as rain is set to return.
After getting into the middle 70s for highs, rain will be moving in. Some data shows rain moving in during the afternoon, but we’re leaning more toward this being an evening event. Arrival will likely be closer to 6 p.m., and this rain will continue into the overnight as well.
Aside from a pre-dawn shower on Sunday, it looks to be a mainly dry day. Skies will be mostly cloudy after a cloudy start, and while some data squeezes out an isolated shower or two, it’s looking like most of us, if not all will be dry. It’ll be warm again Sunday, with highs in the upper 70s.
Next week forecast
The chance for rain returns on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week as the warming trend continues. Highs are in the 80s these days, and there is a much better chance for showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday.
