After Sunshine to end the week with a little cloud cover, we will keep much of the same under the forecast, looking ahead through the start of the weekend on Saturday.

With Sunshine to start the day, we’re going to watch her next low pressure system work through the region as we work throughout part of our Saturday. Expect the clouds to increase late Saturday morning into Saturday afternoon, with rain showers developing Saturday afternoon and sticking around through Saturday evening and into the early portions of the overnight. Thunderstorms are not expected but grab the umbrella as we watch the frontal boundary throughout the region. High temperature temperatures heading for the upper 70s by Saturday afternoon.

The rain will wind down before sunrise on Sunday morning, otherwise partly mostly cloudy skies can be expected. Overnight lows dropping into the middle 50s.

Looking ahead to the end of the weekend on Sunday, an upper-level disturbance will control the forecast. This will bring a little cloud cover, but also the chance for a few scattered showers as well. The rain will not be as widespread as what we’re looking for on Saturday but hold onto the umbrella just in case Sunday afternoon into Sunday evening. High temperatures heading for the middle 70s by Sunday afternoon.

Dry weather sticks around to start next week for both Monday and Tuesday. A mixture of sunshine and clouds ca be expected both days. High temperatures dropping into the lower 70s on Monday, then warming into the middle 70s on Tuesday.

An active forecast pattern and sticks around through the second half of next week, with daily chances for rain showers Wednesday through the end of the week on Friday. More clouds than anything can be expected on Thursday, but we will bring a little sunshine between some of that cloud cover and rain shower chances for Wednesday and Friday. Temperatures will start warming up into the second half of next week as well. Temperature is heading for the lower 80s on Wednesday, then into the middle 80s from Thursday and into the end of next week on Friday.
