Flood watch issued for 18 Michigan counties, including Metro Detroit

Storms expected across Lower Michigan

A flood watch has been issued for more than a dozen Michigan counties ahead of expected storms.

The flood watch is in effect from Monday night into early Tuesday morning.

Southeast Michigan flood watch:

  • Washtenaw
  • Wayne

West/Central Michigan flood watch:

  • Muskegon
  • Ottawa
  • Kent
  • Ionia
  • Clinton
  • Allegan
  • Barry
  • Eaton
  • Ingham
  • Van Buren
  • Kalamazoo
  • Calhoun
  • Jackson
