4Warn Weather – After a beautiful end of the week with plenty of sunshine and low humidity across the region, we will continue the trend of beautiful weather looking ahead into the weekend ahead.
With high-pressure firmly in control of the forecast, we will keep the sunshine into the forecast along with the lower humidity values. High temperatures heading for the middle 80s by Saturday afternoon after starting off a little on the cool side of things, most everybody into the upper 50s and lower 60s.
Mainly clear skies can be expected overnight tonight, and it will continue to feel comfortable. Overnight lows dropping into lower 60s looking ahead into early on Sunday morning.
The sunshine will continue for the end of the weekend on Sunday, but with a southerly flow starting to kick in, we will bring in a little more humidity as we work throughout the afternoon. High temperatures heading for the upper 80s to near 90° by Sunday afternoon, so it will feel a little more like summer by the end of the weekend on Sunday.
Our thunderstorm chances return to the forecast looking ahead into the first part of next week. We will see some sunshine as we work throughout the day on Monday before those chances for showers and thunderstorms roll in during the afternoon and evening. Then, we continue with those storm chances looking ahead through Tuesday and Wednesday. High temperatures for the first part of next week will head into mid to upper 80s all three days.
As of right now, we will bring a break from the thunderstorm activity into the forecast by Thursday, and I’m also holding onto an isolated chance of a rain shower by the end of the week on Friday. Not much difference in terms of temperatures, high temperatures holding into the upper 80s from Thursday and into next Friday as well.
